Registration is open for the IBSBC2026, taking place 28-29 May 2026 in Brussels, Belgium.

The conference has two separate prices for researchers in member countries and organisations, and those outside our members:

• Member price - £115
• Non-member price - £430

The registration fee for participants includes:

• Admission to scientific talks across both conference days
• Abstract submission and poster presentation
• Entrance to poster & exhibition area
• Lunches and coffee breaks according to the programme
• Name badge and goodie bag
• Access to the event app
• Invitation to the Welcome Reception

The conference will also feature a gala dinner on 28 May - payment for this is taken at registration:

• Gala dinner - £20

Registration funding and support:

• Abstract submission - Deadline 13 March. Submit your abstract to present a poster, with abstract selected to be upgraded to give plenary talks
• Student fellowships - Deadline 13 March. Submit application for student fellowships, open to pre-doctoral scientists (PhD students).
