Performing a technical evaluation

1. Go to instruct-eric.org and login.
2. Click on "Your Admin" on the ARIA bar at the bottom of the page. (If you cannot see this then you can access the page via instruct-eric.eu/adm)
3. Click on the "Facility" building-shaped icon.
4. Click on "External Access", then "Access Dashboard".
5. The access dashboard can be filtered for Visit ID (VID), Proposal ID (PID), Centre, Access Route or Proposal Owner by typing or selecting in the appropriate fields, and clicking "Apply Filters".

1. Click "Technical Evaluation".
2. On the visit page for the visit awaiting technical evaluation, the proposal can be viewed by clicking "View Proposal" in the top right corner.
3. Complete the technical evaluation by filling in necessary fields and clicking "Complete Technical Evaluation".

Once the technical evaluation is completed, it should appear struck-through on the visit page.
