Messaging Via the access dashboard (for service operators)

1. Login to the page using your details

3. Go to 'Your Admin'. 

4. Once Logged into ARIA go to ‘External Access’ then ‘Access Dashboard’.

5. Once in ‘Access Dashboard’ there are two ways to message a user; either through the messaging box or by clicking on 'Accessing Details' then 'Contact Users'.
