Instruct PartnerCCP-EM is excited to announce the beta release of pipeliner/Doppio: a new software package for processing cryoEM data from raw micrographs through to fully refined and validated atomic models.
In partnership with eBIC for Industry, CCP-EM is hosting a two-day workshop on the applications of pipeliner/doppio focused on use in industry drug-discovery projects.
The workshop is intended for cryo-EM and computational scientists with experience processing single-particle data and will focus on setting up pipeliner/Doppio in a multi-user environment and using its features to streamline and automate workflows. Participants will get hands-on experience with fully automated processing of a ligand-bound enzyme dataset collected at DLS.
