4th Conference on Electron Microscopy of Nanostructures (ELMINA2026)
Conference
Date: 07-Sep-2026 to 11-Sep-2026
The scope of ELMINA2026 will be focused on electron microscopy methods applied to nanoscience and nanotechnology (physics, chemistry, physical metallurgy, materials science, earth and life sciences). It will highlight recent progress in instrumentation, imaging and data analysis, large data set handling, as well as time and environment dependent processes.
The scientific program contains the following topics:
- Nanoscience and Nanotechnology
- Instrumentation and New Methods
- Diffraction and Crystallography
- HRTEM and Electron Holography
- Analytical Microscopy (EDS, EELS, APT)
- In-situ Electron Microscopy
- Cryo-microscopy
- Large data set processing, AI and machine learning
