Instruct-ERIC Biennial 2026 Parent Travel Grant

The Instruct-ERIC Biennial Structural Biology Conference 2026 (IBSBC2026) brings together leading scientists from across the world - showcasing the latest in integrative structural biology.
The conference will explore new cutting-edge developments in structural biology, including the emerging methods and technologies that are helping scientists to decipher complex biomolecular dynamics. It is a key conference for structural biology researchers and students, as well as an invaluable networking event.

Instruct offers researchers with young children the opportunity to be part of the Instruct Biennial Structural Biology conference IBSBC2026 by bringing their child to Brussels together with a child minder. This will allow researchers with caring responsibilities to participate in the conference while a trusted person tends to the child during the day.

To this end, Instruct offers travel grants to cover economy travel costs for a child minder and the child of up to €500.

Applications will be evaluated and awarded on a rolling basis until all available grants are used. The latest deadline for applications is 12 March 2026.
