I am looking for an expert in the field of expression of synthetic genes and/or codon-optimization and who has ideally done comparative studies investigating the (non)-effect of using synthetic genes versus wild type genes for a larger number of targets and mayeb has already published on this topic. Does anyone know anyone ?
