The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio is seeking a Staff Scientist to support the protein production capabilities of its Structural Biology Core Facilities (SBC). The Protein Production Facility has infrastructure for recombinant protein production in bacterial, insect, and mammalian expression systems and is fully equipped for protein purification and characterization. The Protein Production Facility is closely integrated with the X-ray, NMR, and cryo-EM facilities of the SBC and will provide the successful candidate with opportunities to develop experience and skills in these techniques.
