European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) are looking to recruit an expert structural biologist or bioinformatician to join the PDBe curation team on the Wellcome Genome Campus near Cambridge.
The work involves annotating preliminary PDB and EMDB submissions and extracting relevant biological information and will also involve analysis of structure data and enriching PDBe tools and services. The data curators also participate in developing training material and delivery of workshops and in outreach activities.
