Fully funded California positions are available in the laboratory of Prof. Ian Wilson at Scripps Research for highly motivated candidates who are interested in immune recognition and inhibition of microbial pathogens. Specifically, we are looking for individuals interested in working on projects focused on structure-based design of vaccine candidates, as well as antibody and small molecule therapeutics against microbial pathogens. Candidates with prior experience in structural biology with interests in virology, immunology, infectious disease, antibody and antigen characterization, and design/development of vaccines and therapeutics, are encouraged to apply.
