InstructTwo internal Instruct-ERIC meetings will be taking place 18th May in Amsterdam, Netherlands. These are separate meetings taking place at different times of the day - participants are welcome to join both meetings if they are eligible. The meetings will be a precursor to the Instruct Biennial 19-20 May.

The Instruct Managers Meeting will take place on 18 May 2022, at the Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI), Amsterdam.
The Instruct-ERIC meeting agenda will relate to best practices in Instruct facility management, including receiving industry clients, quality management and communications.

The Centres General Forum Meeting will be taking place on 18th May. This meeting is for all members of Instruct centres.
The Instruct-ERIC statutes describe a Centres General Forum which should meet at least once per year at the request of the Executive Committee. The membership as described in the statutes includes the Staff from the Instruct Centres, nominated by the Instruct Centre Coordinator to represent access, training and networking activities. We have agreed to extending the membership to representatives of Countries without an Instruct Centre.
The Centres General Forum should aim to provide Instruct-ERIC as a whole a platform to discuss issues and provide guidance for the Instruct Executive Committee and Council on the development and delivery of Instruct activities. The Centres General Forum has no executive power.
