The workshop will include a combination of presentations and small group discussion.

The objectives of the workshop are:

• To introduce concepts of Quality Assurance in Research Infrastructures 

• To share experiences and best practices for quality management in the delivery access to research infrastructure 

• To inform facility managers of the requirements for GDPR & future developments in ARIA 

• To identify future requirements for facility managers
