A two day workshop on the 15th and 16th June 2016 aimed at industrial scientists to raise awareness of the applications of bioSAXS to a wide range of projects.
We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting a two day workshop on 15th and 16th June 2016 aimed at industrial scientists to raise awareness of the applications of bioSAXS to a wide range of projects.
On Day 1, talks from synchrotron staff will introduce the technique, the wide variety of applications and data processing, analysis and modelling. Talks from experienced users will provide case study examples of how bioSAXS can be used in a range of industrial and academic research projects.
The second day of the workshop will be dedicated to gaining hands-on experience of the technique through a series of practical sessions focusing on optimum sample preparation, data collection on the beamline, data reduction and data analysis methods.
To allow full participation in the hands-on practical sessions, the number of delegates will be restricted to 30. In the event of over-subscription of the event, we reserve the right to limit the number of participants per company.
The workshop will be free to attend and will include all refreshments and a dinner on 15th June. If you wish to attend the dinner, please ensure you select the option during registration.
