CCP-EM is excited to announce additional places have opened up in the upcoming workshop introducing the new software package Doppio, which provides end to end cryo-EM data processing from raw data through fully validated atomic models.
The workshop runs Sept 18th and 19th at eBIC, Diamond Light Source, Harwell Oxfordshire. The course is intended for advanced cryoEM users who will learn to setup Doppio at their EM facilities and support other users in automating complex workflows.
The registration fee is £350 and includes two nights accommodation (17th/18th) and all meals.

CCP-EM Pipeliner is a free and open-source package that enables users to seamlessly integrate established data processing and atomic modeling programs such as Relion, crYOLO, and Refmac. The pipeliner package provides tools for workflow management, automation, and data management.
Doppio is a modern and feature-rich GUI that can be run as a desktop application or within a web browser. It simplifies the execution of processing steps, providing real-time validation of input parameters and integrated 3D visualization tools to evaluate results. Doppio is released under the CCP-EM license, free for academic use and available to current license holders.
