The Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Protein Research (CPR) would like to invite you to attend a 2-day workshop on Eukaryotic Protein Expression platforms, from Nov 30th to Dec 1st 2011.
The purpose of the workshop is to allow the labs in the P4EU partnership to learn as much as possible from each other, and for the people working with the systems to get to know each other personally. We will therefore keep the format as informal as possible, giving the participants an opportunity to present ongoing work in the individual labs, with lots of room for interactions.
Therefore it is desired that at least one participant from each lab gives a presentation of current protein expression platforms in their lab, with focus on eukaryotic expression systems.
The workshop will begin on November 30th at 11:00 and end on Dec 1st 15:00. A more detailed program, based on contributions from the participants, will be sent out closer to the event.
The workshop will be free-of-charge and include lunch and dinner on Nov 30th and lunch on Dec 1st. Participants will have to cover their own travel and accommodation.
The CPR is located at Panum Institute, Blegdamsvej 3b, 2200 Copenhagen N, in close proximity to the center of Copenhagen and is easily accessible by train, bus and Metro. Hotels in various price ranges are situated within reasonable distance from CPR.
