Native Mass Spectrometry for Fragment-screening, Instruct-PT
Service Description:
Fragment screen through native MS provides information on what fragments actually bind, the binding stoichiometry and the dissociation constant. Thanks to the Fragment-screen project, this study can now be performed at medium throughput in automated fashion.
Screen can be made against the ESFL library or the minifrag subset, both from EU-OPENSCREEN or a library provided by the access requester.
In this project, the outcome will be the identification/validation of binding with dissociation constant determination. The target can be a protein or RNA, in high purity, provided by the access requester. Previous tests for native MS would have to be performed to decide on feasibility of the project.
Access to the Native Mass Spectrometry facility can be done remotely but preferably on-site.
Timeline for access to the facility would be June-July or September-October 2026
