BBMRI-ERIC, the European Research Infrastructure for biobanking and biomolecular resources, headquartered in Graz (ZWT building), is looking for a Developer and Service Operator (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Role
- Design and development of the BBMRI-ERIC Negotiator
- Documentation of an open-source application for international cooperation
- Integration of the BBMRI-ERIC Negotiator with other services
- Operations and technical support of the BBMRI-ERIC Negotiator on a daily basis
Other Tasks and Activities will include
- Contributing to development of overall IT architecture of BBMRI-ERIC and portfolio of its services
- Contributing to standardization of interoperability interfaces of services in the BBMRI IT ecosystem
- Cooperation with international bodies such as ISO, GA4GH, ISBER, ESBB and European Society of Radiology
- Collaboration in an international multi-disciplinary team spanning 24 Member States of BBMRI-ERIC
